RULES OF THE CENSUS
1. Every subject is filed on the scale: 1 (all wicked) to 10 (all good).
2. No abstentions. The census does not recognize fog.
3. Filed is filed. The record keeps a running average — so do you.
4. Hold a file to DIG. Twice a day. Digging costs shoe-leather.
5. People come back. The record replies with its own number.
